1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made by Hashtag Xccessories (“we”, “our”, “us”) to the customer (“you”, “your”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products & Orders
All products listed are subject to availability.
Product descriptions and images are for reference only; minor variations may occur.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, error, or stock issues are suspected.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Full payment must be made before dispatch.
We accept UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and wallet payments (as applicable).
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines vary by location; delays due to courier or unforeseen circumstances are not our liability.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is handed over to the courier.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted only damage product or wrong product deliver ,unsed products in original packaging.
Unboxing Video Requirement: Customers must record a clear unboxing video from start to end (before opening the package) at the time of receiving the order. This video is mandatory for processing any return, exchange, or damage-related claim.
Without the unboxing video, claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items will not be accepted.
Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene/special conditions:

Customized or personalized items
Sale/clearance items
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection and approval of the returned product.
6. Warranty & Liability
We provide warranty only if explicitly mentioned on the product listing.
We are not liable for normal wear & tear, misuse, or damages caused by customer handling.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product.

1. Returns & Exchanges
Products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Earrings/ear accessories (hygiene reasons)
Customized or personalized items
Sale/clearance items
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll notify you of refund approval/rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Damaged / Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and videos.
We will arrange a replacement or issue or exchange product.
