Refund, Return & Exchange Policy – Hashtag Xccessories

1. Returns & Exchanges

• Products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Non-returnable items:

  • Earrings/ear accessories (hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale/clearance items

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll notify you of refund approval/rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Damaged / Wrong Products

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and videos.

• We will arrange a replacement or issue or exchange product.
